POSTAGE & RETURNS
At the moment we can only offer postage within the UK, however we are currently in the process of setting up for international shipping.
We aim to process orders same day or within 24 hours of receiving them (weekdays only). Smaller items are sent via Royal Mail, whereas some of the larger parts will require a courier. Please allow 3-5 working days and for items held as supplier stock please allow 5-7 working days. In the unlikely event of a purchased product no longer being available or temporarily out of stock, we will refund all associated monies in full if you decide you would rather not wait.
If for whatever reason you need to return your purchase, we need to be notified within 14 days of receipt and only when we receive back the undamaged item in the original packaging will we refund the money. We recommend using a "signed for" service. If the item you received is wrong, damaged or faulty then please contact us first so that we can rectify an issues. You may be asked to provide photographic evidence of any faults.
